  • What sizes do you go up to?
    Our sizing goes up to XXXL on most items, if you cant see your size please feel free to pop us an email.
  • What forms of payment do you accept
    At Wilbury Equestrian, we accept all major credit and debit cards, We also offer the convenience of payment through PayPal for our customers. Additionally, we accept payment via bank transfer for our customers who prefer this method. Rest assured, we are committed to providing a variety of secure and convenient payment options to meet the needs of our valued customers.
  • How long is delivery?
    For customers in the UK, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect to receive it within this timeframe. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, but our team is committed to ensuring that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. If you have any concerns about the status of your delivery, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
  • How much is delivery?
    Delivery costs are: Standard Delivery 2nd Class £4.50 Tracked 2nd Class £6.50 Orders over £70 are free of charge.

  • What is the return policy for Wilbury Equestrian?
    At Wilbury Equestrian, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns only within 28 days of the delivery date. All items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags still attached. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization number. After obtaining the RA number, you can send the item back to us. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note that we are unable to refund shipping charges and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error. We want to ensure that you have a positive experience with Wilbury Equestrian and are happy to provide any further assistance or answer any questions regarding our return policy.
