Normally we ship within 3 days but sometimes it can take up to 7 days.

Most of our items are made using a heat press and HTV and DTF this means washing your items you need to take a little extra care.

Please ensure you wash all items inside out and at a 30c wash do not iron on the image use a little greaseproof paper to go over the image. Do not tumble dry your clothing. 

Delivery is calculated at checkout and is dependant on weight. 

We have just started doing clothing for Pony Club if you would like your branch clothing supllying please contact us. 

We accept returns if within 14 days. Return costs are covered if item is faulty or damaged but otherwise the cost lies with yourself please ensure you get proof of posting when returning your item as Wilbury & Co cant be held responsible for lost items.
